More often than not we are spending our energies anticipating potential futures, or musing on the past. How to be here now? Some find a way in through listening to music, through dancing or sports, or through looking at art, or through making things... For myself, it's through drawing or painting that I can often get in touch with that elusive "nowness". Of course, surfing the internet and blogging is very engaging as well! Just started my own blog last week (canvas7.wordpress.com/). Thank for your positive thoughts!
